A gentle and nice path
A “voie verte” of 80 bucolic kms path, through small valleys and hills. Next to woods, between streams, pont Eiffel, different landscapes, you will discover the Parc Naturel Regional du Haut Languedoc and the Montagne Noire.
This path will show you a part of Hérault, the village of Olargues (one of the “plus beaux villages de France”) or the spa town of Lamalou les Bains.
Events on the way
The Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc organizes events on the Voie Verte, when there are national days of Voies Vertes. Every autumn there are animations and tastings for cyclists and walkers.
Cultural rides
Next to this “Voie Verte”, you will see numerous interesting and touristic places: textile museum in Labastide Rouairoux, Soult- Berg chateau in St Amans Soult, Musée de la Préhistoire in St Pons, Grottes in Courniou, Gorges d’Héric… Ideal to mix nature and culture, rides, architectural heritage and nice discoveries.
