Le coche d’eau

Are you tempted by a mini cruise on the Agout River during the summer months? Embark on “the Miredames”, the famous barge, for an original, peaceful and bucolic ride between the town centre of Castres and the Gourjade park!

A vintage boat

The “Old School” style of this boat will not have escaped you. This one is largely inspired by the model of old river barges of the 19th century: classic and vintage! Ideal for a family or group outing, it can accommodate up to sixty passengers. It is also a good way to get a closer look at the sublime houses along the river Agout.

Direction Gourjade Park

Via the waterways, we sail towards the gentle shores of the Gourjade park, the green lungs of the town of Castres. A word of advice: make a refreshing stopover in the park: there, you will get fresh air, you will breathe. Walks, fitness trails, children’s games, golf or picnic in a designated area can be part of your visit.

Night walk…

Like a dream on a summer’s night, let yourself be lulled by the nocturnal cruise. Every Thursday from July to August, the “Miredames” sails quietly for a nonstop round trip on the calm waters of the Agout.

L'Apéro-coche !
