Situated at around 350m altitude, in the middle of agricultural lands, the Raynaud hamlet is mainly organised around the actual Départmental path 53. It gave its name to a stream nearby. The approaches of the stream are beautifully flowered. The houses are established in a body of five or six, in a terrace. Agricultural outbuildings are situated in the back. The widths of the fronts of the houses are small and only have one or two bays. The hamlet kept its communal oven and its wash-house.
