Barginac

The Barginac gîte is a recently built house located in the village of Navès, in a quiet residential area, just 5 minutes from Castres. This prime location makes it easy to discover Castres and its rich heritage, with its museums, the famous houses along the Agout River, its vibrant cultural scene, and the unique atmosphere on match days for rugby fans and supporters of Castres Olympique.

From the gîte, explore the Montagne Noire (Black Mountain), its deep forests and lakes, and the Riquet canal, which supplies water to the famous Canal du Midi. Don't miss a trip to the Sidobre granite massif, with its rocky outcrops and enormous granite boulders in spectacular shapes, the source of many legends. Crossing the Montagne Noire, you can also reach Carcassonne and its famous medieval citadel, which you can see from afar. Mazamet, with its industrial past, and the Pays de Cocagne (Land of Plenty), the historical birthplace of pastel dye, are also nearby, offering an immersive experience combining nature and culture.

The single-story house is built over a very large basement. This basement includes a two-car garage, a washing machine, and a sink.

The ground floor comprises a bright living room with a sitting area, television, and a large dining table, opening onto the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.

Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed (140 x 190 cm). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the interior.

Outside, the garden consists of two distinct areas: a lawn at the front of the house and a large garden at the rear where the private 10 x 5 m swimming pool is located, with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.7 m.
