Domaine de Hauterive

At the foot of the Montagne Noire, Domaine Hauterive occupies a manor house arranged around a courtyard, offering generous spaces and the warm atmosphere of a family property. You will stay just a short distance from the La Barouge Golf Course, one of the most renowned courses in Occitanie.

Nearby, Mazamet reveals its industrial heritage and its impressive footbridge leading to the medieval village of Hautpoul, offering superb panoramic views. Nature lovers will enjoy the forest trails, the landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, walks around Lake Montagnès, or the climb to the Pic de Nore. In Castres, stroll along the colorful houses on the banks of the Agout River, while the surrounding country roads lead easily to the charming villages of the Tarn and neighboring Aude.

Spacious and welcoming, the house is ideal for stays with family or friends. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and pod machine) opens onto a dining room where a large table invites you to share convivial meals together. The comfortable and bright living room features a cozy sofa, a TV and a brick fireplace that reflects the authentic character of the house. A bathroom with corner bathtub and WC completes this level.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and a second bathroom:

Outside, you can fully enjoy the natural surroundings. The garden (not enclosed) offers a pleasant outdoor space and two terraces provide different areas to relax throughout the day. The private outdoor swimming pool, secured with barriers and including a paddling area, will delight both children and adults.

Parking is available close to the gîte. The property also includes a reception hall (not included) available to rent for events.
