The territory's natural wealth (fields, forests, lakes, waterfalls, amazing views…) offers a great variety of walks, among others, in Aussillon, Aiguefonde or Saint-Amans-Soult. We have more than 30 marked footpaths to discover the rich fauna and flora. Autumn is the ideal season for roasted chestnuts and mushrooms to skillet.
